FOUNDER, STYLIST

Susan’s creative and artistic eye for hair has promoted her to one of Metro-Detroit’s most sought after stylists and the Creative Director at Bombshell Salon. Knowledgeable and versatile in nearly everything hair – as demonstrated by her certifications as a Pureology and Kevin Murphy educator – Susan specializes in creating haircut shapes and styles that not only compliment, but enhance her clients’ assets. Having worked in the industry for many years, Susan prides herself on developing and maintaining a loyal clientele while investing in lasting genuine relationships with each person in her chair.

FOUNDER, STYLIST

After training and working in Chicago’s high-end salons for over seven years, Melissa decided to bring the fashion-forward looks of the city back to Metro-Detroit. Melissa was a Kevin Murphy educator and platform artist, before introducing his work, line, and techniques to her Mom, Susan. Together, their styles have been donned by the models of Melbourne’s Fashion week to the fashion-conscious streets of Woodward. Melissa, Bombshell’s Education Director, specializes in extensions, cut, color, and styling, with particular emphasis on wedding styles.

STYLIST

Heather has trained under the expertise of Susan and Melissa. Heather is a strategic, multidisciplinary colorist with an eye for innovation and seamless perfection. Clients clamor to her chair for her signature edgy, layered cuts and sexy, voluminous blowouts. Certified in Hairtalk and Hothead Extensions, her flawless placement leaves no question as to her status as the best in the business!

STYLIST

Serving both men and women, Jen has been a stylist for 17 years and keeps up to date with trends and treatment by continuously pursuing education.

Mel has trained under the expertise of Susan and Melissa. Mel has a unique eye for custom colors, highlight placement and fashion tones. Her goal it to work with each client’s natural hair texture and create a look that can easily be repeated at home.
